Inspired by All About Love by bell hooks, each session invites you to reflect on where you learned love, how it shaped you, and how you want to give and receive it moving forward. Together, in a space of community and self-discovery, you will create your own love blueprint.

The class flow allows for flexibility, starting with either journaling or meditation, depending on the day's intention and energy. Guided meditation helps you quiet the mind, connect with your breath, and embrace the present moment.
